Our Expertise
Developing a biotic solution requires advanced R&D and industrial expertise
R&D: from strain to finished product
Our specialised biotics R&D team supports every step of development:
- Strain selection based on scientific validation, properties, concentration, and galenic compatibility.
- Synergistic formulations combining prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics, strengthened with compatible actives to ensure efficacy and long-term stability.
- Adapted galenic development (powder, capsule, etc.) ensuring strain viability and ease of use.
- Custom protective packaging using high-performance barrier materials to preserve microbiological quality.
- Full regulatory support: technical dossiers, European compliance, and health-claim validation.

A dedicated production site and unique technological know-how
Your biotic formulas come to life at our Belgian production site, where we manufacture powders and capsules in conditions adapted to sensitive micro-organisms.
By mastering delicate processes such as the absence of thermal shock, gentle drying, and optimized development times, we ensure the quality, stability, and yields of every product. The tailored layout of our production facility provides our partners with the ideal conditions to develop high-performance, value-added products.

Innovating to create differentiating biotic formulas
Attentive to scientific advances and consumer trends, we help you turn biotic innovation into real competitive advantage.
Our R&D team designs strain synergies to maximise health benefits and create full-spectrum formulas combining probiotics, prebiotics, and postbiotics.
We develop solutions positioned on fast-growing segments:
- Gut–brain axis: stress, sleep, cognition
- Gut–skin axis: dryness, eczema, acne
- Women’s health: intimate and urinary comfort

Frequently asked questions about our biotic solutions
What is the difference between probiotics, prebiotics, and postbiotics?
The three work in synergy: probiotics are live micro-organisms, while prebiotics nourish the beneficial gut bacteria. Postbiotics are the inactivated bacteria and the metabolites produced by probiotics, offering benefits even without live micro-organisms.
Can probiotics be formulated for children or older adults?
Yes. We develop formulas tailored to each population, considering strain tolerance, dosage, and the most appropriate bacterial profile.
How do you select strains?
Our R&D experts select scientifically validated, rigorously documented strains. Each strain is chosen for its specific properties and expected benefits. Thanks to strict supplier selection, we ensure strains with optimal and stable concentration.
How do you ensure strain stability during the industrial process?
The strains are stored at controlled temperature to preserve viability.
The product development phase is deliberately kept short to minimize environmental stress on the micro-organisms. Throughout the process, temperature, humidity, and drying conditions are strictly monitored.
Finally, viability tests are carried out on the finished products in specialized laboratories, using optimal enumeration methods for the strains of interest.
